Our Lending Team

Jason is a mortgage broker at Count Wealth Erina, bringing with him over three decades of experience in financial services. Since 1993, he has worked across banking and mortgage broking, which has given him a deep and practical understanding of how lending really works.

The bulk of the experience comes from more than 25 years with National Australia Bank, where Jason worked across everything from home loans to business lending. The extensive experience enables Jason to work comfortably, from helping a family secure their first home to guiding a business owner through more complex lending needs, and it's this well-rounded background that clients benefit from when they work with him.

Outside of work, Jason values time with family, volunteers at his local church, and enjoys getting out on the trails mountain biking whenever he gets the chance.

Selfana is a Lending Team Manager at Count Wealth Parramatta. She brings over 7 years of experience in the mortgage and finance industry. With a well-rounded understanding of the lending process from both sides of the table, having worked directly with banks as well as a mortgage broker.

She believes getting a home loan shouldn’t feel overwhelming. Selfana’s approach is simple: listen to what you’re looking to achieve, explain your options clearly, and guide you through the process from application to settlement with confidence.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her two-year-old daughter. She keeps her busy, grounded, and reminds her every day of the importance of helping people achieve the things that matter most to them, especially when it comes to creating a home and future for their families.
